What we collect
Only what you send through the forms on this site. The inquiry form: your names, email, phone number if you add it, the date and place of your wedding, the number of guests and your message. The short form on the prices page: your name, phone number and the package you are asking about.
Why, and on what basis
To answer your inquiry and, if you ask, prepare a quote. The legal basis is your consent and steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(a) and 6(1)(b) GDPR).
For how long
For as long as we are talking about your wedding, and no more than two years after. If you book, the data needed for the contract is kept for the periods required by law.
Who else sees it
Nobody buys it or receives it from us. The site is hosted by Cloudflare and form messages are delivered by email through Resend; both act as data processors with appropriate safeguards (the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses).
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct, delete, restrict or move your data, or object to its use, by writing to hello@yashapekarskyi.com. You can also complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
